Ross Woods is a new community consisting of 32 attached and single-family homes in Belmont, California. This project has a historical home on the property, which was relocated on the site during construction. Beautiful existing trees on the site were preserved, instantly giving the project the feel of an established community. This project sold out in Summer 2003.
