Rock Street Cottages is a 60-unit townhome condominium community located on Rengstorff Avenue just east of Middlefield Road in Mountain View. It was the first condominium conversion to be approved in the City of Mountain View in over 20 years. Generous porches create a pleasing, individual entrance while interior court-style lanes gives access to the interior homes.

The townhomes are accessible to shopping, recreation areas and major freeways. The architectural design is from the shingled cottage styles of the eastern seaboard.
The project was completed in the summer of 2004.
