If you visited and liked other developments, what made you choose Park Lane West?
Their 3-bedroom condo (Hampstead) fitted the space and budget that we wanted. We also liked the design and layout of the Hampstead condo model very much. The location is also close to school and our work.

We felt good and thought that we are making a good decision.
Can you describe what you liked about Park Lane West?
Our home and the overall community are beautiful. Nice location as well as it is near to schools and other important necessities.
Which neighborhood did you choose and why?
We chose the Gramercy because we found a condo there (Hampstead) whose size and space is comparable to a single detached house but cheaper. We feel that it is a good alternative for people looking for a spacious single detached house but quite short on the budget.
What do your friends and family say about your new home at Park Lane West?
We always receive compliments from our friends that our home is beautiful. They also think that the location is good.
Do you have children? What do they like about Park Lane West?
We have one kid. He liked the house and that it is very near from school.
Describe your favorite things about life at Park Lane West.
Our house! We liked the design and layout. We also like the outsides of the community as it is clean and quiet. It is also close to school and accessible to various necessities like groceries, restaurants, hospitals, freeways, etc.
