Heritage is a community consisting of 85 single-family detached homes on a 10-acre site in Sunnyvale. Regis Homes of Northern California was selected by the City of Sunnyvale to develop this former U.S. Navy housing site. The architectural design for the new homes was based on traditional features, such as front porches, dormers and craftsman style details found in older surrounding neighborhoods of Sunnyvale. The community, which opened for sales in August 1999, was sold out in a little over three months. Thirteen below market units were included in the community. The project was completed in 2000.
